ATLAS Lab is working with Cresleigh Homes and HKS Architects on the CADA Site 21 high-rise condominium project located in Downtown Sacramento. The project transforms an existing parking lot adjacent to Capitol Park into a high-rise residential tower, including rooftop amenities: gardens, outdoor kitchen, and lounge areas that overlook the park and downtown Sacramento.
