Envoy Mixed-Use

Working with HRGA, Atlas developed the landscape architecture for two rooftop amenity areas and streetscape for Envoy mixed-use apartments located in the heart of downtown Sacramento. Amenity features include an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, custom seating areas, play area, and gardens for residents, with views of Downtown and the State Capitol. The project received “Best Real Estate Project – Mixed Use” by the Sacramento Business Journal in 2023.
