Karen Lomas-Martinez is a designer at Atlas Lab. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from the University of California, Davis. While at UCD, she received numerous awards including: Outstanding Performance, ASLA Student Honor Award and the National Olmsted Scholar Finalist. Karen developed her love for the built environment while studying architecture at East Los Angeles College. As a professional, she aims to explore the social impact landscape architecture has and its potential to promote social equality.
