We are delighted to share that Atlas has been selected to lead the Mariposa County Creative Placemaking Master Plan! We are joined by Smart Growth America to develop a comprehensive, thoughtful, and engaging master plan process that leverages art and design to promote a rich and compelling rural economy that is both resilient to the impacts of climate change and representative of a diverse community.
This project is supported by an Our Town grant from the National Endowment for the Arts, and is being implemented through a partnership between the Mariposa County Planning Department and Mariposa County Arts Council, Inc.
